Warranty Information

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Armstrong Electric Vehicles is an authorized seller of HappyRun products. New HappyRun electric bikes and electric dirt bikes purchased directly from armstrongelectricvehicles.com are backed by our 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What the 2-Year Limited Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of an eligible HappyRun bike during the two-year warranty period. When a qualifying issue is confirmed, the remedy may include technical support, replacement parts, repair assistance, replacement of the affected component, or another reasonable remedy depending on the issue.

How Warranty Support Is Provided

Because we sell HappyRun products through an authorized seller relationship, warranty support may be coordinated by Armstrong Electric Vehicles together with HappyRun or its after-sales support network. Customers should contact Armstrong Electric Vehicles first so we can document the issue and coordinate the appropriate next step.

What Is Not Covered

The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, misuse, accidents, crash damage, unauthorized modification, racing or abusive use, improper assembly or maintenance, corrosion, water damage beyond the product's stated protection rating, use of incompatible chargers or parts, theft, lost keys, or damage caused by repairs or alterations performed without authorization.

Batteries, Consumables, Accessories, and Replacement Parts

Items that naturally wear during use, separately purchased accessories, consumables, and replacement parts may have different coverage periods or conditions. Where a product page or written warranty document states a different coverage period for a specific accessory or replacement part, that product-specific term applies.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email contact@armstrongelectricvehicles.com with your order number, bike model, serial number if available, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video showing the issue. Proof of purchase is required.

Do not dispose of, repair, modify, or ship an affected component unless we instruct you to do so. In many cases, troubleshooting can resolve a problem without requiring a return.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage should be reported as soon as possible and within 14 days after delivery. Include photographs of the packaging and product so we can document the claim.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
