Armstrong Electric Vehicles is an authorized seller of HappyRun products. HappyRun is the manufacturer and owner of the HappyRun brand and product trademarks. Orders placed on armstrongelectricvehicles.com are purchases from Armstrong Electric Vehicles and are governed by the policies published on this website.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. E-bikes and electric dirt bikes can be powerful motorized products. You are responsible for following applicable age, licensing, registration, helmet, road-use, trail-use, equipment, and speed laws where you ride.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, compatibility information, images, specifications, pricing, and availability. Manufacturer specifications may change. If an obvious material error affects an order, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected item before fulfillment.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Eligible purchases made directly through our store are covered by our published 14-Day Return & Refund Policy and, for eligible HappyRun bikes, our 2-Year Limited Warranty. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Safety

Read the product manual and safety information before riding, charging, assembling, modifying, or servicing an electric bike, battery, charger, or related component. Use only compatible parts and chargers.
